Replacement 3-cylinder pushout assembly for Fliegl asphalt and aggregate ejector trailers.
A Fliegl ejector system uses 4 hydraulic cylinders in total to operate the ejector blade and base sledge. Three of these cylinders are supplied together as one complete assembly, with the larger main cylinder supplied separately.
This part is the complete 3-cylinder assembly.
During the ejector cycle, the main ram first extends the ejector blade through the body. Once the main ram has reached full extension, this 3-cylinder assembly then operates to complete the final stage of the pushout cycle, moving the remaining load off the base and out through the rear of the trailer.
In our demonstration video, this assembly is referred to as Ram 2.
