Sheet System Mobile Power Pack For Dawbarn Hydroclear & Wraptor Sheet Systems
This is a mobile or portable battery power pack which is used to power Dawbarn Wraptor and Dawbarn Hydroclear sheet systems when the tractor unit is not present. The system is 3 pin 230 volt charger with special batteries that are not just standard dry batteries. The charge monitor is specially designed to balance up the charging of the two heavy duty batteries to give correct charging and prevent quick deterioration. It is our experience that home made products will fail under 6 months. This will not and comes with a 12 month warranty.
Comes with 2 meter Anderson Lead and Anderson end to plug into the front of the trailer.
While there are many portable battery packs on the market, few if any have been designed specifically for the fleet operator where multi sheet rolling is a specific and daily part of the business process. This power pack offers operators the power, safety, speed of operation and convenience of use that is guaranteed to improve productivity. In simple terms it minimises starting delays and transforms operations. Designed following extensive briefings by our major customers on the features they required for this product, there was only one message having two key words: RELIABILITY and DURABILITY.
Our power pack has a massive 12 volt 74 amp/hour battery system. That too is why we use a special heavy-duty on/off emergency isolator switch
with renewable contacts and Mushroom knob. Add to it the powerful 10 amp standard charger and the easy-to-replace output leads – all of which are designed around the special two-wheeled trolley – and the finished product sets a new standard of reliability, convenience and ease of service.
This can also be called a Power Pack.
