Side Wall: 50 mm thick aluminium plank-sided wall. 4.2 mm inside skin, 2.8 mm outside skin. Planks are clipped together, then fully seam-welded on the inside. 45 degree side profile at base.Headboard: 4.76mm, with full width platform (mesh base) with ladder on nearside.

Heavy Duty Rear Door - reinforced to take the pressure of more liquid loads
This trailer is the proven water tight waste trailer in the UK market - many hundreds in service on food and animal wastes. If you have a high proportion of liquid in the loads the pressure on the door increases and can injure the operator. The Turner Autogate, surge protection and reinforced rear door protect the operator. The thicker than standard (and the competition) inner face to the side wall plank allow for many years of wear from bones, cows heads, tin cans etc. The trailer is water tested at the factory.
