Front Headboard: 4mm aluminium plate
Sides: Plank Panel: 4mm inner face; 2.5 mm outer. Thicker than standard inner face to assist water tightness when welding. Fully seam welded water tested trailers.Trailer filled to 1 meter high inside for 10 hours. Certificated.
Surge plates: alloy front and rear to prevent wet materials surging over front and out of the rear of trailer.
Rear Door: Inclined 20 degree, Hydraulic locking saw tooth locking door with 4 twist locks (fully sealing). Thicker dimension, heavy duty rubber seal without corner breaks.
Optional: Drainage. Two taps each side with internal grid to help drain the trailer.
