A walking floor trailer used to carry bulk loads of recycling waste materials such as plasterboard, black bag wastes and household waste. Typically walking floors are rated on a scale of how lumpy or aggressive the material or handling and loading operations are. A recycling walking floor is typically towards the more aggressive product end of the scale with 10 mm floor to 20 mm floor thickness to cope with the higher product impact and usually with overlay or thicker sidewalls to prevent impact damage and may have a net system cover rather than a tarpaulin system. Typically 120 to 130 cuyd volume as the materials are often denser.
