This is the black bearing bush inserted into the welded on rear door hinge (since 2011 onwards) Used at the rate of 2 per alloy hinge (8 per door side). 


(Before 2011 the hinge had a wider diameter and did not have the black insert bearing bush. The diagnostic for this hinge is the white washer on the top of the hinge. This hinge is delisted and you replace with this part)
